Soul Enrichments

A recent Video-clip as referred by my cousin under caption, " Extraordinary Dance Performance Guang Dong" , made me sit-up with awed silence; this was one of those Soul enrichment titles that I have comes across in the recent times. 
By definition, anything that consoles or cajoles your soul must also be an enrichment potion; but this one was way ahead of  any definition that you can give to -  "Practice leads to perfection" as a single & simple statement. This video Clip stands as an example of how a human can stretch the definitions of perfection to end-less limits. I must recommend that one must watch such clips with a hope that still doors are open for those magics - provided if any one wants to enter it and show case it.


As they say, the difference between Ordinary and Extra-ordinary is that Little "Extra".


An interesting aspect of being extra-ordinary is that no one will never ever try and copy it, but they will always try & surpass it ; that is where the practices stops and imagination starts.


I use to tell my colleagues who attend the first day joining meet in our company, that the only job from them that they need to ensure happens each day is that they need to differentiate themselves with others in all major aspects - of shaping, styling, delivering  services to our customers. As I believe the combinations are end-less. As my way of saying is that " if you want to go out & reach-out, you must get out of your current place"

Work Like this and you will be Way ahead of Others

I would like to share an unique expression of attitude change, that will attract success in more ways that one; that I read some-where, long time ago, perhaps written by a successful business-cum-techie wiz kid:


Engage in activities that keep you on the cutting edge of your own expertise and develop new capabilities as appropriate.


Be proactive and intentional in developing, maintaining and leveraging relationships around you. As a result, you, as a high performer, will be able to tap in to others for information more efficiently, and other people will bring opportunities to you more frequently.


Finally, be adept at maintaining a"Good enough" information environment that enables you to fluidly juggle information and priorities.


Each of us have the capability to write better scripts like the above, the question is how many would be willing to direct the energies and practice the above - and the answer is very few and hence you have only one Bill Gate, One Steve Job and One Warren buffet and evidently they are NOT available for mass replication.  Do you want to prove this wrong ! then you must go ahead.

Silver Jubilee of BYTECH INDIA (1986 - 2011)

Bytech India  - the Company that I founded and nourished till date (and will do so in future as well),
celebrated its Silver Jubilee last month - an Event that I could have done only after 25 Years !;


Here are some Mail cuts from of my well Wishers (at the end of this post);


What it all started  as an appetizer, got ended-up as a Full Course Meal; that is how Bytech
was Born and got grown.


I believe that when you have decided to walk - it does not matter, whether you have slippers ON, or not; take the first step - and set your first goal to get a pair of slippers; and continue walking - that is what I did with Bytech.  More of this in my future Blogs.


I thank all my well wishers and my team who have given their best all the time;


I would bring-in things that will keep every one around refreshing and live.

I am sorry we have had bit start to some good projects like the council. During the process we worked on it seems that the budgets got cut and the project is stuck there when we were given the indication that we were successful.

I am hopeful that we will have other projects that we can work on together soon
